The Institute for Politics and Society is organizing a conference on youth organizations of political parties.

Future politicians can prepare for their careers, just as top athletes, in youth organizations. Here young people can meet with peers, view and understand the world of politics. Many of them can then go on to launch a successful political career.

The challenge of youth organizations should be to support the political socialization of young generations and participate in the development of political competence of its members towards their use in political parties. The common goal of youth organizations is to implement a common platform to support the standard principles of parliamentary democracy.

What they do? Who finances them? What is their relationship to parent political parties? Do they secure a top political career?
